Anonas from his positions as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Information Officer, SEC Compliance Officer and Member of Executive Committee. Under the By-Laws of PHA that under Article VI, Section 3 of the PHA By-Laws: An officer maybe removed, with or without cause, by the Board of Directors.
