We would like to request an extension to file the SEC Form 17-Q for the quarter ending March 31, 2025, to a later date within the extension allowed by the SRC Rule, to afford the Company more time to review and to finalize the report on the Company’s results of the First Quarter 2025 Unaudited Financial Statement.
