Reason for requesting extension to submit Quarterly Report

We would like to request for an extension to file the SEC Form 17-Q for the quarter ending March 31, 2025 to a later date within the extension allowed by the SRC Rules. The request is due to the extended finalization of the Full Year Audited Financial Statements for the year ending December 31, 2024, which impacts the finalization of the First Quarter Financials specifically the Statement of Financial Position’s beginning balances.
