I-Remit, Inc. (the "Company") requests an extension of the deadline to submit its SEC Form 17-Q (Quarterly Report) for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. The Company will not be able to meet the May 15, 2025 deadline for the filing of its 2025 First Quarterly Report (SEC Form 17-Q). The Quarterly Report is still subject to management’s comprehensive review and analysis prior to finalization for submission. The Company is constrained to defer the filing of its entire SEC Form 17-Q to a later date, within the five-day extension allowed by the SRC Rule. Kindly find the attached SEC Form 17-L (Notification of inability to file all or any portion of SEC Form 17-Q) submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission.
