Reason for requesting extension to submit Quarterly Report

We write to respectfully request an extension of time to file the Company's Quarterly Report on Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Form 17-Q for the period ended 31 March 2025. The Company anticipates that it will not be able to file the SEC Form 17-Q by the deadline, 15 May 2025, on account of heavy volume of work, particularly the meticulous examination of the financials. As several portions of the SEC Form 17-Q are still being reviewed and validated, the Company is constrained to defer the filing of the entire SEC Form 17-Q to a later date within five (5) calendar days after 15 May 2025 pursuant to Rule 17.1.1.6.2.2 of the Amended Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Securities Regulation Code. Hence, the filing of this notification so as not to sacrifice the accuracy and quality of SEC Form 17-Q. This notification is not intended for delay but solely due to the aforestated reasons.
