Subject	HVN - Trading Suspension

Background
This is with reference to DN00059-2025 dated May 13, 2025. As previously announced, pursuant to Article VII, Section 17.8 on Sanctions for Non-Compliance with Certain Structured Reportorial Requirements under the Consolidated Listing and Disclosure Rules of the Exchange, as amended, the failure of Golden MV Holdings, Inc. (“HVN” or the “Company”) to comply with the structured reportorial requirements will merit the imposition of a trading suspension of its shares starting today, May 16, 2025. In this connection, please be informed that, as of the posting of this notice, the Company has not yet filed its Annual Report (SEC Form 17-A) for the year ended December 31, 2024. Given the foregoing, the trading of the Company’s shares shall be suspended effective today, May 16, 2025.
