This is with reference to Disclosure Notice Nos. DN00059-2025 dated May 13, 2025 and DN00068-2025 dated May 16, 2025 regarding the imposition of the suspension on the trading of Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc.’s (“VLL” or the “Company”) securities for its failure to submit its compliant Annual Report (SEC Form 17-A) for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024.
In connection with the above, please be advised that the Company has complied with Section 17.8 (a) of the Consolidated Listing and Disclosure Rules, as amended (the “Rules”) of the Exchange.
Given the Company’s compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange, the trading of VLL securities will resume at 9:00 a.m. today, May 19, 2025.
