We were informed today, May 30, 2025, that the execution date of the transfer of shares in relation to the Share Transfer Agreement entered by and between Tiger Resort Asia Limited and Premiumlands Corp. has been further rescheduled to the end of July 2025 (estimated). This announcement is an amendment to a disclosure made by Universal Entertainment Corporation (UEC) in Tokyo Stock Exchange on February 13, 2025 and April 7, 2025. Details pertaining to the reason and the impact of rescheduling is indicated in the notice herein attached. Additionally, the attached notice has also been disclosed by UEC through the Tokyo Stock Exchange on May 30, 2025. (Please see attachment)
