On 27 February 2025, ABS-CBN Corporation and Ayala Land, Inc signed a Memorandum of Agreement for the sale of the portion of ABS-CBN’s property located in Quezon City (the “Property”), subject to certain conditions precedent. ABS-CBN will be consolidating its operations in the remaining 1.4 hectare of the Quezon City Property.
