Further to our disclosure on June 19, 2025, Manila Water Company, Inc. (“MWC”) advises the Exchange and the Commission that on July 1, 2025, it received the formal notice of the Economy and Development Council of the Department of Economy, Planning, and Development approving the extension of the expiration of the term of the Revised Concession Agreement between Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System and MWC, from July 31, 2037 to January 21, 2047.
