On 17 June 2025, Greenergy Holdings Incorporated ("GREEN") filed PSE Form 17-6 with the Philippine Stock Exchange ("PSE") in relation to the initial appointment of Mr. Pierre O. Panday ("Mr. Panday") as GREEN's Corporate Information and Compliance Officer ("CICO"). On 25 July 2025, during GREEN's Organizational Meeting, Mr. Panday was initially appointed as the Assistant Corporate Secretary and re-appointed as CICO of GREEN, hence, the filing of this PSE Form 17-7 with the PSE.
