On 23 December 2024, Greenergy Holdings Incorporated ("GREEN") filed PSE Form 17-6 with the Philippine Stock Exchange ("PSE") in relation to the initial election of Mr. Joseph Joel R. Castillo ("Mr. Castillo") as GREEN's director. On 25 July 2025, during GREEN's Annual Stockholders Meeting, Mr. Castillo was re-elected as GREEN's director. Further, during the Organizational Meeting of GREEN, Mr. Castillo was initially appointed as GREEN's Corporate Secretary, hence, the filing of this PSE Form 17-7 with the PSE.
