Background/Description of the Disclosure
On September 4, 2025 the Corporation received a letter from CMIC requiring the Corporation to submit a Sworn Statement Under Oath relating to the price movement in the Corporation’s shares at 14:44:42 of September 4, 2025; whereby CMIC noted an increase in stock price of the Corporation's shares from PhP0.045 to PhP0.067 per share. Attached to this letter is the Statement Under Oath.
