We wish to advise the Exchange that during its meeting held today, September 26, 2025, the PNB Board of Directors approved, noted and confirmed the following:
1. Dissolution of the Consumer Finance Sector;
2. Renaming the Financial Management, Strategy & Sustainability Sector to the Office of the Chief Financial Officer;
3. Dissolution of the Enterprise Services Sector;
4. Closure of PNB Bahrain Representative Office in the Middle East, subject to the approval of the regulators of Bahrain;
5. Mandatory retirement of Mr. Jose German M. Licup, EVP, effective October 11, 2025; and
6. Mandatory retirement of Ms. Ma. Lourdes S. Liwag, SVP, effective October 9, 2025.
