At its Regular Board Meeting held on October 28, 2025, the Board of Directors of Citystate Savings Bank, Inc. resolved to accept, with regrets, the resignations of the following officers: 1. Mr. Ruben N. Labrador, Chief Compliance Officer, with the rank of Assistant Vice President, effective November 15, 2025; and 2. Mr. John Emmanuel C. Garcia, Acting Head, Risk Management Department, with the rank of Senior Manager, effective November 21, 2025. Furthermore, the Board of Directors approved the designation of Mr. Jesus Romeo Ayalin Rivera as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) to serve as Interim Chief Risk Officer of the Risk Management Department, with the rank of Assistant Vice President, effective November 22, 2025

Other Relevant Information

Mr. Jesus Rivera is an experienced banking professional with a career spanning several institutions. He began his banking career at All Asia Capital and Trust Corporation (1996–2001). He later held various managerial roles at East West Bank Corporation (2001–2008), including positions in Corporate Banking and Risk Management. From 2008 to 2014, he worked at Philippine Bank of Communication as Head of the Credit Analysis Unit and AVP/Relationship Manager. He then joined Asia United Bank Corporation (2014–2016) as Senior Manager/Account Officer, followed by a role at Philippine Business Bank (2016–2020) in Lending and Special Projects under Corporate Banking. In August 2020, he joined Malayan Savings Bank as AVP and Head of the Credit Evaluation Unit, eventually becoming Chief Risk Officer and Head of the Risk Management Department. He will leave this position effective June 6, 2025. Mr. Rivera will join Citystate Savings Bank as Credit Department Head with the rank of Assistant Vice President on June 16, 2025.
