Declaration of quarterly cash dividends in the amount of PhP0.057 per share to all stockholders of record as of 20 November 2025, and with payment date of 05 December 2025; 2. Appointment of Atty. Estrella C. Elamparo as FILRT’s new Compliance Officer; 3. Appointment of Mr. Heherson M. Ibardaloza as its interim Data Protection Officer; and 4. Schedule of Meetings of the Board and its Committees for the year 2026.
