Cabangon, together with two affiliated entities, Gen Cars Batangas and Gen Cars San Pablo, sold an aggregate of approximately 3.80% of the Company’s outstanding common shares to a public investor through a broker. This disclosure is being made to inform the investing public of the said transaction.
