Cash dividend declaration on all outstanding shares of unlisted Series IV Cumulative Non-Convertible Redeemable Preferred Stock of PLDT Inc.
Background/Description of the Disclosure
We disclose that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of PLDT Inc. (respectively, the “Board” and the “Company”) held on November 11, 2025, the Board declared a cash dividend of P12,285,000.00 on all of the outstanding shares of Series IV Cumulative Non-Convertible Redeemable Preferred Stock of the Company for the quarter period ending December 15, 2025 and payable on December 15, 2025 to the holder of record as of November 25, 2025. The cash dividend was declared out of the unaudited unrestricted retained earnings of the Company as at June 30, 2025, which are sufficient to cover the total amount of the dividend declared.
