Reason for requesting extension to submit Quarterly Report
The SEC Form 17-Q for the third quarter of 2025 could not be filed on the deadline of November 14, 2025, as the Company required additional time to complete the consolidated financial reports. This request for extension to submit the foregoing quarter report is due to severe disruption caused by the recent typhoon and earthquake events happened in Cebu.
