Subject of the Disclosure
Following the resignation of Mr. Rogelio M. Guadalquiver (“Mr. Guadalquiver”) as the Chairman of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of Century Peak Holdings Corporation (the "Corporation") appointed Mr. Laurito E. Serrano (“Mr. Serrano”) as the new Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Corporation. Mr. Serrano will serve in such capacity, effective November 12, 2025, and for the remainder of the term of Mr. Guadalquiver.
Background/Description of the Disclosure
Following the resignation of Mr. Rogelio M. Guadalquiver (“Mr. Guadalquiver”) as the Chairman of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of Century Peak Holdings Corporation (the "Corporation") appointed Mr. Laurito E. Serrano (“Mr. Serrano”) as the new Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Corporation.
