Reason for requesting extension to submit Quarterly Report

The Figaro Culinary Group, Inc. (“FCG”) or (the “Company”) requests for extension to file the SEC Form17-Q for the quarterly period ended 30 September 2025, as FCG requires additional time to complete the review of the results of the Quarterly Financial Statements. The Company shall accordingly complete the said Quarterly report and secure the necessary approvals within the extension period allowed under the Securities Regulation Code.
