AgriNurture, Inc.(the “Company”) will not be able to file its Quarterly Report for the period ended 30 SEPTEMBER 2025 (SEC Form 17-Q) (the “Quarterly Report”) on its deadline of 14 NOVEMBER 2025 because the Company is still finalizing the presentation of the quarterly financial statements and will need additional time to complete and finalize the submission of said report, as required. The company shall submit the quarterly report within five (5) calendar days after the prescribed deadline, on or before 19 NOVEMBER 2025.
