The Issuer is still in the process of reviewing and finalizing material information and figures which are needed to complete the Quarterly Report for period ended 30 September 2025. Thus, the Issuer will not be able to file the same on the prescribed deadline of 14 November 2025. The Issuer undertakes to submit the Quarterly Report within five (5) calendar days after the prescribed deadline, or by 19 November 2025.
