Please be informed that Mr. Marco Angelo B. Padernal shall be appointed as VP for Human Resources of Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc. effective January 1, 2026. Marco will be succeeding Mr. Gabriel D. Tagala III, who will be taking early retirement after 25 years of service in the Gokongwei Group. To support a smooth transition, Mr. Tagala will continue to serve as Adviser until June 30, 2026.
