Background/Description of the Disclosure
On 03 December 2025, and pursuant to the regular cash dividend declaration of Megawide Construction Corporation (the “Company”) for its Series 6B Preferred Shares (MWP6B) with a payment date of 14 January of each year, the Company’s Board of Directors (“Board”) has set 23 December 2025 as the record date and 14 January as the payment date. The cash dividend is equal to PhP 1.99015 per share, or a total of PhP 23,709,851.04 out of the unrestricted retained earnings of the Company as of 31 December 2024. As provided on page 17 of the Prospectus for the Series 6B Preferred Shares (MWP6B) of the Company dated 21 March 2025, cash dividends shall be payable on 14 January, 14 April, 14 July, and 14 October of each year.
