Background/Description of the Disclosure
On 9 December 2025, and pursuant to the regular cash dividend declaration of Megawide Construction Corporation (the “Company”) for its Series 5 Preferred Shares (MWP5), the Company’s Board of Directors (“Board”) has set 2 January 2026 as the record date and 19 January 2026 as the payment date inasmuch as 17 January 2026 is a Saturday. The cash dividend is equal to PhP1.97605 per share, or a total of PhP29,640,750.00, out of the unrestricted retained earnings of the Company as of 31 December 2024. As provided in page 16 Prospectus for the Series 5 Preferred Shares (MWP5) of the Company dated 22 March 2023, cash dividends shall be payable on 17 January, 17 April, 17 July, and 17 October of each year.
