Background/Description of the Disclosure
We are advising the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), and the investing public that MacroAsia SATS Inflight Services Corporation (MSIS) – 67% owned by MacroAsia Corporation (MAC) and 33% owned by SATS, Ltd. (Singapore Airport Terminal Services) – has declared One Hundred Million Pesos (Php100,000,000.00) cash dividends in its regular board meeting held today, 12 December 2025. The dividends are payable to its stockholders on or before 31 December 2025. MacroAsia Corporation’s share in this dividend declaration is Sixty-Seven Million Pesos (Php67,000,000.00). MSIS is the inflight catering service provider of Philippine Airlines, a related party, at its base in NAIA.
