As Chief Digital Products and Channels Officer, Mr. Libarnes leads the Bank’s digital strategy, ensuring that digital channels remain optimized amid evolving technologies and a dynamic competitive landscape. He oversees customer experience across all digital touchpoints, including user journeys, product roadmaps, process design, and interface development.
