The Board of Directors of the Corporation, at its regular meeting on February 28, 2025 approved the creation and implementation of a share buyback program (Share Buyback) involving up to Philippine Pesos: Sixty Billion (P60,000,000,000.00) worth of the Corporation’s common shares and authorized Management to determine the terms and conditions of the Share Buyback in accordance with the best interests of the Corporation. On December 16, 2025, the Corporation executed buyback transactions, with settlement date on December 18, 2025.
