Background/Description of the Disclosure
At a meeting of the Board of Directors held on December 18, 2025 the board appointed Romolo Nati as Chief Design Adviser. In this advisory capacity, Mr. Nati will provide strategic guidance on the Company’s design direction and the enterprise-wide adoption of design-thinking, to support the Company’s long-term business objectives and an integrated innovation and brand vision. His role will focus on setting and promoting standards for customer experience, brand consistency, and design governance; coaching and mentoring multidisciplinary teams; and collaborating with management on initiatives intended to enhance market differentiation and drive business growth through customer-focused experiences.
