Background/Description of the Disclosure

On December 9, 2024, the Board approved a Share BuyBack Program for up to Two Billion Pesos (Php2B). Pursuant to this Share Buyback Program, ATI was able to buyback common shares amounting to Php346,376,682.00. On December 15, 2025, the Board approved to increase the Share Buyback Program by up to Five Billion Pesos (Php5B). On 19 December 2025, ATI purchased 47,283,906 common shares.
