We wish to advise the Exchange and the Commission that Manila Water Company, Inc. (“Manila Water”) signed a 10-year term loan facility of up to ₱15 Billion with Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company. The loan will be used to finance Manila Water’s capital expenditure projects and/or general corporate requirements.
