Other Relevant Information
The Company has secured a new allotment of Php2,000,000,000.00 under the recently approved buyback program as approved by the board last November 13, 2024. Consequently, shares acquired under the previous buyback program is excluded from this calculation. As a result of buyback made on 29 December 2025, the remaining balance of the amount for the buyback as of this date is Php1,565,744,197.
