Subject of the Disclosure
A new Service Contract (SC 88) was executed between the Government and the consortium led by NPG Pty. Ltd. as operator, with The Philodrill Corporation and PXP subsidiary, Forum Energy Philippines Corp. as partners.
Background/Description of the Disclosure
The Operator informed The Philodrill Corporation that the Department of Energy (DOE) has transmitted the original copy of the executed Development and Production Petroleum Service Contract (SC) 88 covering 83,450 hectares in the Northwest Palawan Basin. SC 88 replaces the former Service Contract 14C1 (Galoc), which expired on December 17, 2025. The application was submitted in July 2025 by NPG Pty. Ltd., in accordance with DOE Circular No. DC2023-12-0033. Following a rigorous evaluation, the President signed the contract on December 18, 2025, ensuring uninterrupted production operations at the Galoc Field.
