Filipino Number of stockholders from 768 to 726, and number of shares from 4,062,735,635 to 4,068,629,607; and amount subscribed to P4,068,629,607.00. 2. Foreign a. Number of stockholders under PCD Nominee from 183,941,558 to 180,917,297, and amount subscribed to P180,917,297.00. b. Number of stockholders under Chinese nationality from 16 to 17 and number of shares held from 492,730 to 832,660, and amount subscribed to P 832,660.00 c. Number of stockholders under Indian nationality from 1 to 2 and number of shares held from 10,520 to 39,520, and amount subscribed to P39,520.00 d. Number of stockholders under Taiwanese nationality from 2 to 4, and number of shares held from 24,601 to 100,464, and amount subscribed to P100,464.00 With the foregoing, the shareholders’ information on the percentage of ownership on pages 6 to 8 are accordingly amended as well.
