Moreover, Jose Ma. Christian O. Concepcion IV and Maria Victoria Catherine C. Puno have 60,000 shares each which are registered in the name of Jose Ma. A. Concepcion III as their Natural Guardian. These shares were previously disclosed under their respective individual accounts as Direct Shares in the Public Ownership Report for the quarter ended September 30, 2025.
