Below are the changes from the previous submission: (i) the number of PCD Nominee-Filipino shares changed from 2,355,650,892 to 2,347,245,881; and (ii) the number of PCD Nominee-Non-Filipino shares changed from 227,919,695 to 236,324,706. The 1,550,000,000 common shares have not yet been fully paid as their full payment will be made on the period provided under the terms and conditions of the agreements covering said common shares. Consequently, the said common shares are not yet subject to the listing requirement under Section 10, Article III (A) of the Exchange’s Consolidated Listing and Disclosure Rules. For the same reason, said shares are also not part of the certificated and lodged common shares of the Corporation.

(ii) the number of PCD Nominee-Non-Filipino shares changed from 227,919,695 to 236,324,706.

The 1,550,000,000 common shares have not yet been fully paid as their full payment will be made on the period provided under the terms and conditions of the agreements covering said common shares. Consequently, the said common shares are not yet subject to the listing requirement under Section 10, Article III (A) of the Exchange’s Consolidated Listing and Disclosure Rules. For the same reason, said shares are also not part of the certificated and lodged common shares of the Corporation.
