* Maynilad Water Services, Inc.’s (“MWSI” or the “Company”) principal shareholder is Maynilad Water Holding Company, Inc. (“MWHCI”) which has an interest of 66.78% in the Company. MWHCI is in turn owned by Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (“MPIC”), DMCI Holdings, Inc. (“DMCI”) and Marubeni Corporation (“Marubeni”) through its subsidiary, MCNK JV Corporation, with shareholdings of 51.3%, 27.2% and 21.5% in MWHCI, respectively.
** In addition to its direct shareholders in Maynilad Water Services, Inc.’s (“MWSI” or the “Company”) Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (“MPIC”) has a 51.3% ownership of shareholders in Maynilad Water Holding Company, Inc. (“MWHCI”) which has an interest of 66.78% in the Company.
