The Board of Directors approved the amendment of the Company’s Articles of Incorporation to expressly grant Discovery World Corporation (“DWC”) the authority to act as surety, guarantor, third party mortgagor, or in any similar capacity, for its subsidiaries and affiliates. The proposed amendment was approved by stockholders representing at least 2/3 of the outstanding capital stock in the Annual Stockholders' Meeting held on 19 June 2025.
