Background/Description of the Disclosure
Benguet Corporation (the “Company”) hereby discloses today the retirement of Engr. Valeriano Bongalos, Jr. as Vice President and Resident Manager of Benguet District Operations effective February 28, 2026. To replace Engr. Bongalos, Engr. Deogracias has been designated officer-in-charge of Benguet Gold Operations. Engr. Halog is currently the Assistant Vice President for Technical Operations, a position he holds since he rejoined the Company in the year 2024.
