List of valid and subsisting mining properties
1. Benguet Gold Operation, Antamok Gold Operation and Ampucao Copper-Gold Project – The Company is the applicant for Exploration Permit Application (EXPA) Nos. 0122-CAR and 0123-CAR. The EXPA is under evaluation by MGB-Central. 2. The Company’s FTAA application in the Province of Ilocos Norte denominated as AFTA-000003-I is under evaluation by MGB-Central.
List of valid mining claims/leases, including a disclosure of all liens/encumbrances
1. Pantingan Copper-Gold Project (MPSA No. 154-2000-III). The Company holds an operating agreement with MPSA holder Balanga Bataan Minerals Corporation (BBMC). The project is under exploration stage. The DENR issued an order dated September 23, 2024 approving the renewal of the MPSA. 2. Zamboanga Gold Project – The Company was granted Exploration Permit No. EP-012-2023-IX (formerly EXPA No. 156-IX/APSA No. 000015-IX) by MGB. The first two-year exploration period expired on December 05, 2025. Application for renewal is under evaluation by MGB Regional Office (RO) No. IX. 3. Asiga Copper and Gold Prospect (EXPA No. 000259-XIII) – BC holds an operating agreement with Asiga Mining Corporation (AMC). The EXPA is under evaluation by MGB Regional Office (RO) No. IX.
