Background/Description of the Disclosure
Xurpas Inc. approved the sale of its 49% equity interest in PT Sembilan Digital Investama (PT SDI), which it acquired in 2015. PT SDI wholly owns PT Ninelives Interactive, a licensed mobile content developer in Indonesia. Xurpas expects to receive IDR 5,000,000,000 (approximately PHP 17.6 million) from the transaction. Proceeds will be used for the company’s general and working capital requirements.
