Background/Description of the Disclosure
Please be informed of the appointment of Joseph Steve Romasanta as the Corporation’s Vice President and General Manager – Fresh Frozen Plus effective February 2, 2026. Mr. Romasanta is a seasoned Marketing Leader with over 25 years of experience across FMCG and multinational companies, primarily with PepsiCo in Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and North Africa. He has held leadership position as Senior Marketing Director, Asia Beverages (Bangkok), overseeing a portfolio spanning 13 countries and leading a team of 20 regional and country marketers with a proven track record in strategic brand building, innovation, portfolio transformation, and digital acceleration, consistently delivering share growth and category leadership. Mr. Romasanta’s earlier roles also include Marketing Director for Beverages & Snacks (Philippines), Regional Marketing Director for Colas & CSDs in Asia-Pacific and MEA, and leadership positions with Levi’s and Unilever in brand and people management. Mr. Romasanta graduated from Ateneo De Manila University with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
