Background/Description of the Disclosure
Please be informed that the Board of Directors of SUNTRUST RESORT HOLDINGS, INC. (formerly Suntrust Home Developers, Inc.) (the “Company”), at its meeting held today, 29 January 2026, appointed Mr. Ruel P. Villarubia (“Mr. Villarubia”) as the new Treasurer and Ms. Jeanne Arriane L. Macalindong (“Ms. Macalindong”) as Assistant Corporate Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. They shall serve in such capacity during the remaining terms of the positions vacated by Ms. Neoli Mae Kho (“Ms. Kho”), Ms. Maria Carla T. Uykim (“Ms. Uykim”), and Ms. Maria Cristina D. Gonzales (“Ms. Gonzales”) respectively, and until their successors are elected and qualified for the positions. Mr. Villarubia, 40 years old, Filipino, is currently Finance Director of Suntrust Resort Holdings, Inc. He previously worked as the General Manager for Finace at Sojitz G Auto Philippines; Accounting Manager at E. E. Black Limited; Accounting Manager at Concerted Management Corporation; Finance Manager at Teach for the Philippines; Accounting Supervisor at Suzuki Philippines; and Senior Associate at Sycip, Gorres, Velayo & Co. He obtained his master’s degree at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. Mr. Villarubia is also a Certified Public Accountant, graduated from University of San Jose - Recoletos with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. Ms. Macalindong, 30, Filipino, currently serves as the Legal and Compliance Manager of Suntrust Resort Holdings, Inc. Her previous roles include Associate Lawyer at Tillmann and Marquez Law Offices, Legal Consultant and Contract Specialist at Manila Peninsula Hotel, Inc., and Paralegal at Concrete Stone Corporation. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Santo Tomas in 2022, was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Far Eastern University.
