Public Advisory and Disclaimer on online scams involving invitations for investments or solicitations from individuals falsely presenting themselves as being connected with the Corporation's subsidiary, SBS Holdings and Enterprises Corporation.
Background/Description of the Disclosure
SBS Philippines Corporation and its subsidiary, SBS Holdings and Enterprises Corporation are issuing this warning to the public regarding online fraud schemes that unlawfully use the trade names of SBS and SBS Holdings and Enterprises Corporation in their fraudulent activities. SBS Philippines Corporation and its subsidiary, SBS Holdings and Enterprises Corporation, (collectively, “SBS”) are not engaged in any online selling, procurement, or investment platforms nor solicit or require online advance payments, deposits, “guarantees”, or any form of refundable money transfers nor do they promote or solicit investments through social media or random emails.
