Background/Description of the Disclosure
Please be informed of the retirement of Samuel Santillan effective 5 February 2026. He will be stepping down as Century Pacific Food, Inc.’s (CNPF) Chief Audit Executive. Ms. Rosanne Sampani will take the role of Chief Audit Executive effective 5 February 2026. Ms. Sampani joined CNPF in 2009. She earned her degree in Accountancy from Mindanao State University – General Santos City and is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Sampani started as a Junior Auditor and progressed through the ranks through consistent dedication. She became an Audit Supervisor in 2012, later expanding her role in 2015 as the Section Manager for Sales and Trade Investment Audit. She was promoted to Senior Internal Audit Section Manager in 2019. She later took on the role as the Assistant Audit Head in 2021, mentored by Sam Santillian to be his successor.
