Please be informed of the resignation of Darel G. Pallesco as the Chief Audit Executive of Shakey’s Pizza Asia Ventures Inc. (PIZZA). Mr. Pallesco tendered his resignation on November 12, 2025 effective 5 February 2026. Mr. Samuel Santillan will take the role of Chief Audit Executive effective on even date. Mr. Santillan has 16 years of experience in Century Pacific Food, Inc. (CNPF) prior to joining PIZZA and throughout his tenure at CNPF, he played a critical role in strengthening internal controls, ensuring financial discipline, and safeguarding the integrity of the organization.
