Clarification of News Report

We generally confirm the statements in the news article but would like to clarify that these are based on the Company's plans in relation to its participation in the government's expanded 4PH program for the socialized housing segment and are subject to a number of factors.

We note that the price per unit for socialized housing in the Philippines, specifically for condominium units which the Company intends to build, is P1.8 million based on the updated regulations set by the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD).

As such, the 7,000 units will have an estimated value of P12.6 billion, rather than cost, based on the price.
