Please be advised of the appointment of Director Anthony Paul C. Yap with the rank of Executive Vice President as Head of Institutional Banking Sector effective 1 January 2027. Director Yap has 29 years of banking experience spanning trading, treasury, branch banking, corporate banking, and overseas banking. He is currently the Chairman of ORIX Metro Leasing and Finance and a Non-Executive Director of Metropolitan Bank (China) Ltd. (MBCL). Since 01 July 2026, he has also served as Deputy Sector Head of the Institutional Banking Sector supporting the leadership transition and continuity in the Sector’s strategic direction.
