Notice is hereby given to The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. (‘PSE” or the “Exchange”), the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), the Philippine Dealing & Exchange Corp. (“PDEx”), and the public that the Board of Directors (“Board”), at its regular meeting held on September 17, 2026, approved the appointment of Paul John B. Gesta as AVP for Enterprise Risk Management (Chief Risk Officer) of Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (“CLI” or the “Company”). Mr. Gesta brings deep expertise in strategy, business transformation, program and project management, sustainability, risk governance, and stakeholder engagement. He will play a leading role in embedding and strengthening risk management across the organization-integrating it into strategic planning, decision-making, and day-to-day execution.
